Luggage helper
… so that the guest can get their luggage to the cabin door.
As a luggage helper, you support the crew on board while the ship is in harbour. After a briefing on the job, you will work as part of a team with other students to ensure that passengers receive their luggage right up to their cabin door.
Your tasks include:
- transporting luggage in trolleys to the lifts
- transporting luggage by lift to the respective deck
- distribution of luggage to the cabin door
We will provide you with safety equipment such as safety shoes, gloves and back protectors.
We always have an English-speaking supervisor as your contact person who coordinates the work and gives you a briefing before your first shift.
